Californians Against Higher Taxes (CAHT) is a statewide coalition of more than 24,000 California taxpayers and nearly 200 organizations and companies committed to holding the line on taxes. For more than a decade, CAHT has been fighting to stop the onslaught of higher taxes and fees and instead, create more jobs by building a stronger economy.

CAHT's Executive Committee is co-chaired by Jennifer Barrera and Robert Gutierrez. Barrera is the president and chief executive officer of the California Chamber of Commerce, the largest broad-based business advocate to government in California, working at the state and federal levels for policies to strengthen California.
